Black and white photograph of skirt by artist. Wide waistband at the top, approximately one inch deep. Skirt is gathered at the waist and falls in pleats to the bottom. Black and light colored panels alternate across the skirt. The bottom of the skirt and the bottom of the panels are decorated with embroidered designs in white and light-colored thread. The design includes buildings, people, boats, trees, and other scenery. The skirt is hanging from a small white rectangular piece of paper with a number on it. The background is a plain off-white color.
