Cream-colored underskirt by an unidentified artist. The garment is knee-length, made of lightweight fabric, possibly cotton or linen, with a smooth waistband and long, slightly puffed sleeves. A gathered section is below the waistband, followed by three horizontal rows of gathered and ruffled fabric with lace trim at the bottom. The lace trim is a repeating floral pattern with a geometric design. The background is solid black.
