Fauchard

The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The Fauchard by has a long, curved blade with a pointed tip. The blade is silver-colored and has a slight sheen. There are two small, flower-shaped etchings on the blade. A smaller, curved protrusion extends from the side of the blade, near the handle. The handle is partially visible and appears to be made of a similar material as the blade. The background of the image is a plain, light gray color.
